Andreas Rokseth

Andreas Rokseth (1991)

Has played the bandoneón since he was 11 years old at the Trondheim School of Music and the Performing Arts (TKMK). He has been a student of “The Saturday School” (a TKMK talent program) with Kåre Jostein Simonsen as his teacher. He has also been a student at the department of Music at Trondheim Katedralskole (upper secondary school) with the same teacher. Additionaly, he has taken lessons with Julio Pane, Osvaldo Montes, Marcos Madrigal, Per Arne Glorvigen, Pablo Mainetti and Juan José Mosalini. In 2008 he acquired first place in the bandoneon-category in “Internationaler Akkordeonwettbewerb Klingenthal”.

Rannveig Ryeng

Rannveig Ryeng (1988)

Started playing the violin at the age of four at the Trondheim School of Music and the Performing Arts (TKMK). She has also been a student of “The Saturday School” (a TKMK talent program). She was a student at the department of Music at Trondheim Katedralskole (upper secondary school) with Sveinung Lillebjerka as her teacher. She was also been taking lessons with Cecilia Wåhlberg at the NTNU - Institute for Music. She is now taking a classical performing bachelor degree at The Norwegian Academy of Music with Terje Moe Hansen as her teacher. She has also taken lessons with Mauricio Marcelli and Fernando Suárez Paz.

Christian Winther

Christian Skår Winther (1989)

Christian Skår Winther is a Norwegian musician, guitarist and composer. His diverse musical genres stretches from improvised music and jazz, to rock and tango - often influenced by folk-music from around the world, and always with a strong avant-garde approach to his guitar-playing. He is educated at the jazz-department of Sund FHS, and is now studying improvisation/jazz performance at The Norwegian Academy Of Music in Oslo.

Håkon Magnar Skogstad

Håkon Magnar Skogstad (1989)

Has played the piano since he was seven years old. He was a student at the department of Music at Trondheim Katedralskole (upper secondary school) with Siv Fjellvang as his teacher. He has also been taking lessons through “Young Talents”, at the Barratt Due Institute of Music with Helge Kjekshus. He is now taking a classical performing bachelor degree at The Norwegian Academy of Music with Einar Henning Smebye as his teacher. He has also been given lessons from Cristian Zárate and Pablo Ziegler.

Ole Schøyen Sjölin

Ole Schøyen Sjölin (1990)

Started playing double bass when he was 11 years old at the Trondheim School of Music and the Performing Arts (TKMK). He was also a student of “The Saturday School” (a TKMK talent program) as well as a student at the department of Music at Trondheim Katedralskole (upper secondary school) with Sven Göran Sjölin as his teacher. He has also been taking lessons through “Young Musicians” (a talent program by the NTNU - Institute for Music) as well as lessons from the tango bassists Roberto Tormo and Horacio Cabarcos. He is currently studying at The Norwegian Academy of Music with Dan Stefan Styffe.
